She obviously wasn't hired on artistic merit. It's shit art. The kid's head is way too small and there's no style whatsoever to be seen here. Even the plain sideways pov of the layout is something a 4th grader would start with. This is like something a manager would draw for a project by themselves to save money on an actual artist.
