Muslims apply for any and all benefits as a way of supporting their religious tenant of conquest. They realize that weakening an enemy financially is still weakening an enemy, and even the moderates are happy to take the guilt-free free money. The opposite is also true, they won't work to contribute to a country's economy that isn't Islam unless it provides some benefit to Muslims that can't be had any other way.

They hate you. Their presence in your country is out of spite and personal opportunity.
