The vtuber in question was one of the most famous for having a "loli" type avatar, and her new one is even more so. And her debut stream the chat was filled with meme phrases about lolicon stuff like "uohh" and "cunny."

Its conflated because the entire thing has long since entered into a nonsense where its clear most people just want anime period banned and are using the "lolicon" thing as a front for it.
