Because they're retarded or they're out of towners so even if the whole neighborhood gets torched it doesn't matter because their house is hundreds of miles away. We've seen people travel great distances before in order to do evil deeds.

If this wasn't shooting firefighters, I'd believe it more.

But this feels like a more local thing. We'll see what facts come out of it.
