99% of entry office jobs on America are given to women. When I was in college I had to work retail and construction because literally nobody would hire me to work in offices.
Dont listen to what women say, they hate each other but they will band together to keep a man out if they have to. They are the perfect golem next to pajeets. The HR department (which is the wall to enter office jobs) are all female. They exist to keep men out.
One of my female coworkers at a store got hired right out of the store by a customer who was a manager for a medical office simply because she was "nice".
Worse still, I am a MINORITY and quite brown, but it doesnt rank high enough on the diversity pyramid, because the system knows men resist and women submit.

I don’t know why men are not given a chance- most women I know who work in offices say they hate all-female environments.
It’s normally the men who do all the difficult work.
(but maybe they just say that because I am male)

They want men to do the hard work and flirt with them, but they do not want men to show them up.
