Shia Muslims mostly supported the IDF intially or at least welcomed them because they were treated rather poorly by the Sunnis in Lebanon. Then Israel inevitably treated them like they treat every non-Jew and seriously pissed them off. Which resulted in the founding of Hezbollah.
