And really, taunting someone about his dead mother is not really valuable free speech. I'd eject someone from private premises for that as well.
I think ranking the value of speech as a predicate to using it, is a dangerous practice. And it's not just he was booted from that game. He's banned from every ballpark permanently. It seems excessive for being uncouth.
