As horrible as this woman's death is, the fact is there will always be miserable loners with extreme personality disorders who are only able to find a sense of meaning and purpose in their empty, loveless, slovenly lives by trying to bring people more successful than them down to their own level. The internet amplifies their voices and if you can't handle the nastiness and vitriol, all you can do is ignore it.

No, that is an unfair characterization of Kiwi Farms. The culture over at Kiwi Farms is to treat the lolcows as a safari—observe the lolcow in their natural habitat, document what you see, and don't touch the lolcow. Doxxing is treated as a sport like HWNDU or GeoGuessr. It's not the same spirit as "here's their address now go try to swat them." Kiwi Farmers absolutely hate when the Reddit retards try to mess with lolcows because that kills the content.
Kiwifarms also demonstrates that the market for mocking and documenting lolcows and minor e-celebrities is very small.
There are obviously a few high volume threads like Dark Side Phil, Nick Rekieta, Bossman Jack, etc. Threads will also explode with dozens of pages overnight of one liner useless reactionary comments when something goes down with a cow and gets featured.
But otherwise, gossipy mocking threads for otherwise pretty big names often go weeks or months without any updates.
