That kind of bunker made it safe from Israel's bombs, that makes a lot more sense than building huge fake projects that can easily be seen through as fake. There's little to no escape from America's heavy ordinance though, 50 meters? 100 meters down? It'll go boom eventually. And it gets more expensive with every meter of depth.
