The policy was to remove Saddam. The policy succeeded.
Syria had WMD claims... eventually, after the Civil War already started, and Assad basically eliminated the claim by ending his entire WMD program in full.
So it weakened Assad. Aka destabilized Syria. WMDs are a massive deterrent factor.
As to your claim that Israel is worse off for each regime that has been toppled, LOL. Israel just took the Golan Heights from Syria again. They also just beat Hezbollah into the ground. Assad's fall has been very good for Israel.

Yeah, once upon a time, Saddam was empowered to attrit Iran and Iraq at the same time. That policy was a stupid idea that subsequently failed. Saddam was then deposed at the behest of Israel. You argue that policy failed. Now Assad is deposed at the behest of Israel, and you think that policy will also fail.
You could be right on both counts and the fact remains that this immense upheaval and death in the Middle East was done at the behest of Israel and their neocon (largely Jewish) partners in the US. The fact that they never seem to learn their lessons is irrelevant to the reality of the matter.
