Nope. She spoke against both jewish imperialism and jewish wokeness(mostly LGBT and hedonism sort of stuff). That doesn't sound like someone from an American University does it? Considering Vietnam is run by a communist party and yet still has traditional conservative values culturally at least (there's some in the old school communist sphere that say that wokeness was caused by and spread by liberal capitalism while conveniently forgetting the fact that the old school communists were feminists. ) we might as well say that Vietnam has some nazbol elements

She did use the word jewish and she insulted both jews and white people. The problem is she kept conflating the two groups and acting like jews and white people are the same. But since you're pro jew you'd probably like that.
