I saw some footage of poojeet "first responders" after the recent plane crash. They took the only stretcher they had, placed one of the crispiest corpses on top of it, strapped it down, and carefully wheeled it out of the area. No triage, no logic, no need.
They remind me of captive orangutangs and their mimic behaviors (if offered tools or props). They sorta look like they're using it, but it's clear they don't know what's going on.
This tracks with my experiences with the one we have at my martial arts class. He's been with us for a couple years now and still can't follow basic instructions when coach corrects his technique. It's honestly kind of disheartening because he's well intentioned but just kind of dumb.
