It's an old joke. Marines are the big dumb brutes who not only don't color between the lines, but end up eating them. The air force and space force use AI to make the picture. The army chews the crayon but also fills it in. The navy can't tell you what they colored, but it's a nice picture. The coast guard is happy they got crayons.
I see. I've only heard the crayons thing this week, so I thought it was coming from those supporting the rioters.
