He’s slowing down illegal immigration of the third world and ramping up legal immigration of the third world, tell me, which is worse?
The former is worse by a mile because they aren't illegal once they get here so there's no point in separating them. They outnumber the legal immigrants 10 to 1, and they are a much larger net drain from a tax perspective.
