Odd that the riots didn't begin earlier in the presidency. Anyone knows why it's happening now?

Surely there's a point to the timing, right? Could it be a prelude for some plan to come? Or is it just chaos?
It’s weird timing politically, I don’t know if this is just the Dems officially losing all semblance of sanity or trying to pull of something else.
