It was because voting yes automatically passed hb492 which is a bunch of changes to the BBB that was already passed thru the house. Im still going thru it to see what all they're changing, but it was a red herring & he literally posted about it, if you actually paid attention to what he says....

Text of H.Res 492 is at https://www.congress.gov/119/bills/hres492/BILLS-119hres492ih.pdf and looks like it strikes out some words from BBB. I don't know enough to have an opinion on whether his concern is legitimate or not.
