I can't think of any place with a ball pit that let you keep your shoes on. I mean, I know the rules are mostly just suggestions with kids but its probably the combination of a lot of things mixed with minimum wage workers not caring to put the effort into cleaning something so tedious unless it was openly covered in visible feces.

Black kids don’t follow rules because they don’t have parents. If you ever go to a kids play place you’ll understand.
