People who actually have a nuanced understanding of IQ, aren't typically screeching that certain races are too morally inferior to be allowed to exist in western society and that genocide is a moral imperative, and only White Socialism can save us (Like damn near all of the ones here). They also know that 1 SD is a relative measurement from the distribution you are sampling. They also recognize the age of the population is important, they know that IQ inflation has been happening for a hundred years, they acknowledge that sex-selection will effect IQ, and they will acknowledge that non-innate factors can effect IQ in a population like malnutrition, violence, and poor health.

IQ Bros on the right that aren't literally just Nazis pretending to care about IQ would be someone like The Jolly Heretic. He's still wrong about some things because of how he words some of his more intentionally outlandish claims, but the data is still important. It's also certainly true that the West, particularly Liberal societies, require better IQ standards for the overall population because of the amount of personal responsibility afforded to individuals, and because of the willingness to not rely on tradition and duty to direct all behaviors. Hence, it is true that immigrants with low IQs will do poorly in western society. If those groups engage in behaviors that will promote high IQs for their posterity (like jews did in the US) then they can integrate well over time.
