If it isn't the big portion sizes that Americans eat that is the problem, then why do Asian Americans have much lower rates of obesity despite living in the same country? (media.kotakuinaction2.win)

Asian family eats much, much more homecooked meals

This one i can agree with . But i still stand by my belief that their homecooked meals have smaller portions sizes than what other races eat in America .

If it were the portion sizes they wouldn't be so small.

Their cultural diet contains an enormous amount of non processed foods.

Several other cultures have the same history of less nutrition than Asians do but they're still fat(or in the case of American Indians, fat AND alcoholics). Because those cultures consume processed foods at a high rate. Any culture that does, becomes obese because Americans food has been poisoned.
