Every word out of his mouth makes 110 a little bit closer.

The fact that he and Rabbi Schmully are wined and dined by the wealthy and the media bosses and the politicians on all sides and apparently have vast influence in the halls of power is one of those small things that makes me lose faith in humanity - or start to think that everything really is controlled by vampires that make up 0.2% of the population.
