It certainly can be argued that he's sort of the most quasi-secretly based fair sized creator out there reaching normies.
This more recent video is 3x as long as the one you linked, but goes more into threading the needle as to his recommendations as how to be dominant & sometimes violent without being an asshole or a criminal.
He tries to explain why women love criminals (mostly because they hate weakness more than they fear crime).
He actually mentions Jordan Peterson directly in the video with JBP's whole "a virtuous man has to have the capacity to be dangerous & violent but have the restraint not to use it" trope.
