It's more like 97% of AIDs cases. I'm guessing they only get that number by including African AIDs, which is just regular African diseases renamed for international funding fraud.
To date in the US there has never been a recorded case of hetero-to-hetero HIV infection.

Can you explain? I’m just curious. Do you think his AIDS was faked? Or was he doing homosexual stuff? Drugs?
He was most likely fucking guys and or doing copious amounts of drugs, or both.
