Hello I have found the suspect. My current location is... uh I'm on a road, looks to be asphalt. Trees shrubs. I'm directly under the earth's sun... now!

Reminder that everything in Canada is running DEI. There is basically no exceptions. Whoever was in charge of these alerts probably doesn't even know how to fill out a form.
