I swear the amount of combat footage I have watched of an Arab with a rocket launcher is alarming. And I'd say they hit their intended target 50% of the time.

TBH, I don't know if I would be much better. But that's why I'm also not a combatant trying to accomplish tasks with one.

The fact that they seem incapable of recognizing their own limitations and capabilities is what makes them so terrible as a people.
