Mark this down as far left terrorism. Lefties will say it's a personal grudge not ideological. Don't let them.
He' more than just anti-natal, he's straight up anti-life. As in, he wants humans to go extinct and desires to kill people to speed it along.
These people will be invaluable to A.I. that decides to exterminate us. Reminds me of a Terminator novel where anti-human environmentalists were helping Skynet run human vivisection testing labs.
