Well it's going backwards at a weird angle, where even if it fit under the bridge it would hit the shore. My guess is that it was adrift and did not intend to go under the bridge at all.
Yeah, there's an angle from on the bridge here: https://x.com/TheImmortal007/status/1923951713641431081 That shows a tugboat trying to push it away and it slips by.
