This is the 3rd or 4th time Bungie has taken art from others and put it in their games.

Edit: Found a thread on /r pcgaming that was discussing it. ( https://old.reddit.com/r/pcgaming/comments/1knh5cz/antireal_on_bluesky_the_marathon_alpha_released/ ) user ACupOJoe compiled a list of at least 3 other occasions. As well, Thor of Pirate Software had an ongoing list as well. I can't seem to find that one right now.
