There's loads of people who would love to live in "white neighborhoods" (aka clean, low crime, affluent, well kept community resources) without the white people.

Probably. As most people here can probably empathize with, people like to be around their own, without wanting to kill everyone else (though that last part may not apply to everyone here).

They think it's only better because of things white people stole from them.

They might. But it's immaterial. If there were people I wanted to kill, I wouldn't want to be around them, even if they had clean and low-crime neighborhoods.

Their ideal is taking all those things for themselves and eventually kicking white people out as revenge.

Color me skeptical that the people who shout that "DEY WHITE DEVIL STOLE OUR HISTORY" are engaging in that sort of long-term thinking and planning, even if quixotic.

But even that is not demonstrated, let alone any sort of desire to 'kill white people', which was the claim. Just how many people do you think want to 'kill white people'?
