Like so many things, Lefties and degenerates take something legitimate and blow it wide open to abuse and ruin.
Because "I might be a pedo" is one of the most common OCD intrusive thoughts, because the very idea of being one is so terrifying to most people it disrupts their entire brain. So of course these terminally online people adopt the idea of it to act like they are poor wittle victims of mental illness instead of porn addicted pedophiles.

Like, regular ass OCD can have the symptom of the "intrusive thought" being pedophile themed. Because OCD only works by making you think something awful that you banish with the compulsion. So you wake up and think "I'm a child molester," panic, and locking the door 19 times somehow means you aren't.
The people talking about POCD are trying to make it sound like "I have pedophile intrusive thoughts and/or compulsions" to make them sound not evil, when that isn't how OCD works at all. Its just random non-maladaptive intrusive thoughts (we all have them) and then conditioned actions. As in, they've beat off to pedo shit so many times they feel compelled to do so every time.
Even if you buy their shit about it being OCD, the literal worst thing you can do for OCD is play into it and feed the conditioning by "letting it win." As in, if they really did have something like it, then they more than anyone else should be banned from any form of porn that might be questionable or interacting with children unsupervised.
