Depending on how you structure the question Google says its both reversible and some parts of it isn't reversible.
Basically: short duration "treatment" has fewer lasting effects, so yes mostly reversible.
BUT that's like 4-6 months tops? On adults. These ghouls want children on them for YEARS and almost nothing can be reversed after that long.
