They seem to be trying to go back to the old left style economic focused socialism, but I'm not sure how they are going to do that after basically destroying their relationship with the working class.
Yes, this seems to be the main split. It's the Identarian Progressives trying to keep their base pushing harder on woke, and the Tony Blair style Fabian Socialists trying to reach back out to the working class and preserve whatever power they have.
I actually think the right's biggest danger right now is letting them keep ahold of Nationalism as a progressive value. Like, what they did in Canada just recently, but what they've also been doing in Scotland, Wales, and Ireland. They're literally trying to use a No True Scotsman fallacy for illegals. "He may be a 'Scotsman', but a true Scotsman supports mass migration and Islam! Scottish patriotism is about hating English whiteness, and welcoming diversity!"
