The reason why he's saying this is damage control. Rabid antisemitism is a thing mostly amongst Muslim immigrant populations. Rap music is also one of those ghetto things that Muslim immigrant youths love.

Similarly, Andrew Tate is mostly popular amongst ethnic kids.
