The faith itself often contradicts the culture so I have to point out they're different. Mormons don't drink coke, while the faith itself has Dr Pepper in it's cafeterias for faculty to enjoy

It's weirder than that. They all had free soda fountain machines in their offices. Craziest thing I ever saw. Like you people don't even like hot drinks but you give them away for free?

They like hot cocoa as well. They actually had a cultural debate if Chocolate was against the rules because it has caffeine in it.

Yeah, I was a visiting professor at a uni in Utah and saw the soda fountains. It made me laugh a bit, and then another prof had to explain.
