Going in and tearing down these flags is one of the things I'd be willing to go to jail for.
There's a rock garden/pottery store that flies a shame flag (better name for it don't you think?) and I deeply considered going and cutting it down fully accepting that I'd be arrested for that.
I decided not to, but part of that is I live with my parents and I'm not going to cause issues when I'm fortunate to be living with them (long story, trying to get back on my feet).
If I lived alone, I'd probably be in jail for something like that. That's how I'm wired.
Like the guy who tore down the Baphomet statue in that city hall or capital building.
