Anyways, the NWU's were pretty standard of a working uniform for as long as I dealt with Navy guys, but I'll accept that something might have changed. If they are wearing blue navy coveralls that I'm not aware of, cool.
Then you probably never spent any time on a navy ship, shipyard, or base. It’s the equivalent of saying you never saw a pilot in a flight suit. The standard uniform when underway is coveralls, same as numerous work functions, the engineering and flight departments basically live in coveralls, even on base.

Already addressed, the patch is the same in both, and the clip is in the exact same spot. Probably from another rant or longer video the same guy did in uniform.

I'm not saying I spent time on a ship. I'm not saying it doesn't exist. Just that I didn't recognize the uniform.
