Well, he apparently has a pair of boys that are 9 and 11 or 9 and 12 or something. The kid in the video looks like he’d be a very tall five year-old, so one theory is that it’s actually his kid stealing and he’s running cover for him.

I don't even know if it was a park or just like a neighborhood playground. You could plausibly just be walking in a local park and hear somebody dropping N bombs and whip out your phone but playgrounds are different.
