Honestly I disagree. Reparations is far more retarded an opinion than blood feuds are. The issue is that black people are retarded cave people. They are unable to recognize the difference between civilization and blood feuding tribes people.

I am on record as preferring the second model. But it only works when everyone in your tribe is on board.
