American feminism robbed GOT of the guise of historical authenticity. It makes for terrible television.
GoT was ruined by feminism, but no one called it out at the time. All of the (clearly feminist) bad story choices were just deemed “stupid” and “incompetent”.
I might have made it all the way through the first episode. I don't remember. I've always wondered about it's popularity.
