I know what you meant, but "sleazy" is a poor choice of words. Dude is a predator living his whole life waiting and hoping that his personal fantasy of a sexy kid diddling moment comes to fruition. He has been actively trying to make it happen, the law knows that's what he is doing, and nobody is doing a thing because he is a minority woman. Or at least that is what you have to say he is under penalty of law in Canada.
