Most of them wouldn't have said it, but they realized how mad it makes some people for them to say it, so they started saying it that way specifically.
Almost all "Neo-Nazi culture and slogans" was made up in the FBI infested honeypot crews, meaning it was the Feds creating dogwhistles for themselves to report on. Otherwise most of those guys are just trailer park felons with no big ideologies other than "I fucking hate everyone who ain't me."

They also hate anyone richer than them, poorer than them, anyone who didn't commit as cool or big of crimes as them, anyone who doesn't like their tattoos, anyone who doesn't love Kid Rock and ICP, anyone born across the river in their hometown, and on and on.
They are just hateful people, and I don't mean that in a bigotry sense. Just a general "the world fucked me so fuck all of them forever."
Which is common in that particular demographic of poor whites (its literally one of my foundational beliefs) and trailer park dwellers in general (regardless of race), they just got closer and louder because of prison gang shit.
