Humam Sakhnini who is an Israeli American by ethnicity was born in Nazareth, Israel and is the new incoming CEO of Discord.

All tech companies are international, they just pretend to be headquartered somewhere. It's a truly insidious problem that needs to be more widely acknowledged before it can really be addressed.
