I don't see any evidence their PR is that good either. It's effective and they can infiltrate orgs because as a tribe they have absolutely no compunction against lying to your face, blackmailing, and stabbing you in the back.

But that's the same thing I was talking about - anything goes when it's outside the tribe. This has been their advantage and also problem for all history.
