At least this one was smart enough to cooperate with the police, rather than fight back, run, scream, or resist in any way, which would have likely gotten him killed. He even tried to feed them what sounded like a well-prepared lie about how he committed no wrongdoing. So he's sharper than the typical ghetto trash.
Then again, the fact he didn't try to spin it like they were arresting him, a poor innocent black angel, first thing for no reason when he needed help with his burning house and saving his dying (not) mother-in-law shows he's just as dumb but in a different way. That's a fail-safe way for any black to get off Scott free.
My theory is since he has several games in his room he's a gamer and so he is probably a bit more sharper and less likely to think about playing the victim when he knows he's not because that shit wouldnt fly if he tried that with gaming communities.
