Besides, the fact that they're claiming that the sole possible treatment for this must be not only going along with the delusion, but forcing others to play along with it too, exposes this for what it really is.
A lie. They're not mentally ill unless you count pedophilia as a mental illness. Which it's not. They're just evil.
A sane man doesn't insist on becoming a eunuch. You have a point about the physically intact men calling themselves trans lesbians, though.
