I was going to make a comment about that, but I noticed that someone called BrilliantWriting3725 over on kia1 made the virtually the same comment I was going to make. So I'll cut and paste that here:
This No Mercy game doesn't interest me in the slightest. I'm not going to play it, but something does bother me about the censorship aspect of it: feminists need to be consistent in what they are advocating for, because it can easily be flipped around and used against them. Either say that both are wrong OR both are acceptable outlets of art. By selectively condemning one and ignoring the other, they lose the support of a sizeable majority due to the hypocrisy. Also, it would behoove them to look into the epidemic of public school teachers raping and molesting boys, since they claim to care so much about sexual violence and rape. Obviously not going to happen because it's the wrong gender being raped here.
So why don't I just post this reply there? I don't have a reddit account.
While I agree that it's hypocritical for one thing to be perfectly okay and the other not, that's basically their MO. They don't care that it is bad, just that it makes them look bad. Y'know, the whole "no bad tactics, just bad targets" thing.
My comment would have been less about the hypocrisy and more about how games are constantly demonized no matter what.
I mean, to this day there's still that succubus game on steam where one of the only ways to gain health is to consume a newborn fetus.
So when they get up in arms about rape, but not fetal cannibalism, I'm pretty indifferent to their bullshit.
Convenient fair weather caring is their MO. But only if it suits them. And it's honestly about a not that great looking adults only game that would have faded into obscurity in a matter of days had this not gone nuclear levels of viral for the wrong reasons.

The succubus one is not adult only, by the way.
