The CDC told doctors early in 2020, since testing was hard to get and expensive, that if a patient died "with Covid-19.84 symptoms" (which were identical to the cold & flu, because both are caused by viruses) they were to be listed as Covid-19.84 deaths.
Later the morphed into "if they die and are tested posthumously? It counts!" and "if they die within 2 months of having it? It counts!" Including if they hit a telephone pole on their motorbike at 70 mph. Official cause of death included Covid-19.84 & thus was counted.
Does it matter? Anyone with a sniffle or a sneeze had "COVID!!1!"
