This is good advice, packing your lunch is both cheaper and better for various reasons than eating out some slop like buying a gas station sandwich for example, I always ate the best food on work breaks, and had no time waste because I could just walk to the fridge and get my food instead of going out to a place, then ordering, waiting, and then getting to eat food, and pay more both time and money wise for those.
