The best, or maybe worst, part about the 52/13 meme is it's not even correct. 13% is all of them, from newborn to elderly 1 fart away from death. Not all of them are going to be committing those 52% of crimes and when you start partitioning further it gets to something nearer 8% which makes up the younger, adult male proportion of the demograph.
But statistics are racist, don't you know.
The moment you start pointing out the meme of 52/13, they'll either call you racists or make excuses about how poor they are.
Black people are never, ever responsible for their own actions. It's always Whitey's fault they're like that.
