Tamara and Chris found not guilty of resisting or obstructing justice. And Tamara and Chris found not guilty of counselling an offence.

If I've got it right, the defendants are both guilty of the one count of mischief; but not guilty for everything else; Chris Barber is guilty of violating a court order against him. Still: a disaster for civil liberties.

Even if they got off on ALL the charges, the process would still be the punishment.
