For many years now, the UK courts have been giving preferential treatment to everyone except white men.
The release of two-tier treatment in black and white text appeared to make it official, but Kier Starmer "saves the day" by claiming they will fast track legislation to overturn the new guidelines.
This is starting to smell like a psy-op to squash the "two-tier Kier" meme.
The courts will continue to give special treatment to muh noble savages and nothing is actually better for white Brits.
If it's a setup, it would have to have been with the full support of the Tories. They could (and should) have jumped on it at any time to use it as a club to beat Labor with. This only works as a setup if the Tories explicitly want to lose power, which is completely possible, but would be the bigger story here if true.
